1. Is there a delivery charge?

Our prices on our website cover the majority of Cardiff and the surrounding areas. A small delivery charge may be added but this will be included when we quote you a final price.

2. What electrical source do you need?

We provide an electrical inflation device/ blower for our inflatables, however we do require you to provide a 240v mains supply (standard household socket) within 25 meters of the area you require the item to be set up in. Please bear in mind the location of the power supply to the inflatable taking into account trailing leads over footpaths etc.

3. How long do I get the equipment for?

Our standard hire times are drop off between 8-13:00 and collection between 18:00-20:00. If you require any different times then please contact us to see how we can help.

4. Do you hire overnight or late collections?

Yes, we offer overnight hire which is an additional £25 on most of our equipment. Photo ID is required on all bookings and a secure garden/venue is essential for overnight bookings.

5. Could you supply supervisors?

Yes, we have fully trained staff which can supervise any of our equipment at an additional cost.

6. Do you offer discounts for multiply hires?

Yes, we offer discounts if you book more than one piece of equipment. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about hiring more than one product.

7. Do you have to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking.

8. What if it rains?

We at Bounceland UK Cardiff Bouncy Castles cannot control the weather so will contact you the day before if bad weather is forecast. We advise that you do not use our equipment in heavy rain or strong winds. Your deposit is refundable if you choose to cancel your hire the day before the event due to adverse weather forecast.

9. How much space is needed?

All our equipment on our website has the sizes noted. As a general rule of thumb you will typically require 3 foot around all sides of the equipment.

10. Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have £5,000,000 public liability insurance provided by Leisure insure. We also advise than any customer has additional insurance in place that covers the venue/event they are holding.

11. What's included in the price?
The price includes free local delivery, set up and pack away of our equipment. A risk assessment & method statement if required & we carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance just in case.

12. Where do you delivery to?

We provide bouncy castle hire in Cardiff, Penarth, Wenvoe, Peterson-super-Ely, Llantrisant, Cowbridge,Taff's Well, Rumney and many more. A small delivery charge may apply if you are outside of these areas.

13. Do you need a supervisor?
All items provided by Bounceland UK Cardiff Bouncy Castles must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Should you not be able to provide adequate supervision, we are able to help.

14. Do you cover large events?

Yes. We specialise in providing a great service and equipment for any size of event no matter how big or small they are. We are insured to cater at any event except in nightclubs.
